Every real plant and building we measure on was published by people who chose to share it. We could not have tested anything without them. This page says who they are, where the data lives, under which licence, and what we did with it.

Data

Avedøre wastewater treatment plant, Denmark

Title
Time Series Dataset for Modeling and Forecasting of N2O in Wastewater Treatment
Made by
Laura Debel Hansen, Anju Rani, Daniel Ortiz Arroyo and Petar Durdevic (Aalborg University), with the plant's permission. Mendeley Data, 2024.
Licence

What we used
The process readings, averaged to five-minute steps. Used in the real-plant experiments and the public demo.

Office building at Aalborg University, Denmark

Title
A Danish high-resolution dataset for six office rooms with occupancy, indoor environment, heating, ventilation, lighting and room control monitoring

What we used
Boiler, turbine and water-treatment readings with recorded attacks. Used in the experiments on relations, watchdogs and guarantees, and in the worked examples on this site. We publish only our own results, not the data.

C-Town water network (BATADAL)

Title

What we used
The simulated tank, pump and valve readings, with labelled attacks. Used in the water experiments and the page on municipal water.

Tennessee Eastman process

Title
Simulation code, training and testing data for the Tennessee Eastman process
Made by
The process: James J. Downs and Ernest F. Vogel, “A plant-wide industrial process control problem”, Computers and Chemical Engineering 17(3), 1993. The data: Large Scale Systems Research Laboratory, Professor Richard Braatz, University of Illinois. Copyright 1998 to 2002 The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, all rights reserved.

What we used
A simulated chemical plant, used as a research benchmark. Our code fetches it from the source when an experiment runs. We do not copy or ship it, and we publish only our own results, with this citation.

Changes: we read a subset, averaged it in time and computed our own results from it. Any mistakes in those results are ours.
