This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising.
• Fonts and scripts are served from this site itself, so a visit sends nothing to Google or other third parties.
• The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the page and protect it from attacks, under its own privacy policy. We do not use that data for anything else.

When you write to us

We use your name, email address and what you write only to answer you and, if you want a pilot, to agree on one. Email is stored with our email provider, Domeneshop, on servers in Norway. We keep it as long as the conversation or agreement is relevant, and delete it when you ask.

The product

The console runs on your own machine, inside your own network. Your plant's data does not come to us. We do not receive it, store it or see it, unless you choose to send us something yourself.

The public demo at console.augelabs.com shows only data that its owners have published. It stores nothing about visitors beyond the technical request data Cloudflare processes.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we handle personal data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
